A dissemination event focusing on seasonal drought forecasting and water management will take place on 27 November 2025 (09:15\u201316:30) at the Gustav Stresemann Institute, Bonn. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The event will present recent achievements and forecasting tools for proactive drought management, discuss lessons learnt and long-term operational continuity, and bring together scientists, users, service providers, regional agencies, international organizations (including WMO), donors, and other public and private stakeholders. Discussions will highlight how improved drought forecasting can support timely decision-making and climate-resilient water management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This event showcases the latest developments from the OUTLAST<\/strong> and SPS-Blue Nile <\/strong>projects, highlighting practical pathways for drought forecasting and decision support.
